L3HOST offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all shared hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of purchase, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligible for Refund

  • Shared hosting plans (within 30 days of initial purchase)
  • VPS hosting plans (within 7 days of initial purchase)
  • Unused service credits

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Domain registrations (non-refundable once registered)
  • Domain renewals and transfers
  • SSL certificates (once issued)
  • Setup fees (if applicable)
  • Services terminated for policy violations
  • Renewal payments (only initial purchases qualify)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Client Area
  2. Open a support ticket under “Billing” department
  3. Include your hosting account details and reason for refund
  4. Our team will process your request within 3-5 business days

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. For mobile banking payments (bKash, Nagad), refunds will be processed to the same mobile number used for payment.
