1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using L3HOST services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
L3HOST provides web hosting, domain registration, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice to affected customers.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:
- Hosting illegal content
- Distributing malware or phishing content
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Using excessive server resources that impact other users
5. Payment Terms
All fees are due in advance according to the billing cycle selected. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice.
6. Backups & Data
While L3HOST performs regular backups, customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. L3HOST is not liable for any loss of data. We recommend maintaining independent backups of all critical data.
7. Service Level Agreement
L3HOST guarantees 99.9% network uptime. If we fail to meet this guarantee, affected customers are eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA policy. This does not cover scheduled maintenance windows.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. L3HOST reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Upon termination, we will make your data available for download for 30 days.
